Team planningAn Anime Stars squad is five documented layers: Hero roles, Champion multipliers, relics, accessories, and rolled passives. Plan each layer from the game's published tables instead of guessing from rarity color alone.
Quick answer: how to assemble a squad
Pick one Damage carry and fund it first — the Secret line (Kaizen, Magata, Rimule, Subuna) is the documented ceiling and each carries an Evolves tag, while Hawk is the roster's only Tank. Add Supports (NaoFume, Gojiro, Jiro, Roben, Garuo, Sabuha) whose passives and gear cover what the carry lacks. Then stack the multiplier layers the official wiki publishes: Champions (x1.05 → x4.6, up to x14 on the Exclusive banner), a Mythic relic, four accessory slots, and Hero/Champion passives. Rarity decides the ceiling; the gear layers decide whether you reach it.
Gear layerRelics cap at level 80 and stack with accessories, auras, and passives — the six documented Mythic relics set the ceiling.
